摘要
在pH 7.0Britton Robinson缓冲溶液中 ,尼群地平在玻碳电极上有一灵敏的还原峰 ,峰电位为 -0 .71V(vs.Ag AgCl)。当尼群地平浓度在 1 .0× 1 0 - 6 ~ 1 .0× 1 0 - 5mol L范围内时与峰电流呈线性关系 ,据此测定了片剂及尿样中尼群地平的含量 ,取得满意结果。用线性扫描与循环伏安法探讨了该体系的伏安行为 ,结果表明 。
The voltammetric behavior of nitrendipine and its application were studied. In 0.1 mol/L Britton-Robinson (pH = 7.0) buffer, the potential peak for nitrendipine is - 0.71 V( vs. Ag/AgCl) at a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). A linear relationship between the peak current and the concentration of nitrendipine in the range of 1.0 x 10(-6) similar to 1.0 x 10(-5) mol/L was obtained. This method has been applied to the direct determination of nitrendipine in tablets and urine with satisfactory results. The mechanism of the electrode reaction was also discussed. In this system, nitrendipine on GCE was irreversible process with adsorbability.
