摘要
以甲醇∶水 =70∶3 0的体系为分离介质 ,柠檬酸 三 (羟甲基 )氨基甲烷 (Citricacid Tris)为支持电解质 ,使用电导检测 ,对槲皮素及其制剂舒血宁片进行了毛细管电泳分离检测 ,对电泳介质的种类、浓度、表观pH值以及操作电压和进样时间对分离的影响进行了研讨 ,并对分离检测机理进行了探讨。建立的测定槲皮素的方法的线性范围为 :8.0~ 1 60 .0mg L;峰面积的RSD(n =6)为 1 .7% ,检出限为 1 .0mg L ;样品加标回收率为92 .8%~ 98.2 %。
A non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE) with conductivity detection method to determine quercetin in ShuXueNing tablets was described. In this study, Citric acid-tris ( hydroxymethyl) aminomethane medium with methanol: H2O = 70:30(V/V) as solvent was used for the determination. Optimal conditions for the quantitative separation and determination were investigated. A good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 8.0 similar to 160 mg/L for quercetin. The detection limits was 1.0 mg/L. The RSD at the concentration of 30.0 mg/L was 1.7% (n = 6) and the recovery was 92.8% similar to 98.2%.
