A tentative Probe into the Strategic M&A of Transnational Enterprises——An Inspiration from Classical Cases

从 2 0世纪 90年代开始的战略并购发展极其迅速 ,不但并购的规模巨大而且并购的形式多样 ,从而成为国际资本流动和资本重组的主要方式。本文通过对跨国战略并购背景、战略并购经典案例的分析提出我国企业实行战略并购的建议和对策。

The 1990s have seen the rapid strategic M&A, not only on large scale, but also in diverse forms, thus becoming the basic way of capital flows and capital restructuring. Through the introduction and analysis of the background of transnational strategic M&A and the classical cases, this paper comes up with proposals and countermeasures in practicing strategic M&A.
