丁烯氧化脱氢铁酸盐催化剂活性位的结构 被引量:1

Structure of the Active Site on Ferrite Catalysts for Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Butene

摘要 前人对于丁烯氧化脱氢反应的活性位/相的结构提出了一些岐异的观点,本文研究了以柠檬酸络合物分解法制备的不同组成非化学计量的铁酸盐催化剂的活性,及其XRD,IR导数谱结构表征,以对活性位/相的结构作出推测,我们指出:构成活性位的是类似于尖晶石结构的具有一定量阴/阳离子空穴的表面Fe—O原子簇,这就可以较满意地解释我们的实验结果,并统一了前人的观点。 So far there have been diverse opinions about the structure of active site for oxidative dehydrogenation of butene on ferrite catalysts. This paper has studied the activities and characteristics of composite ferrite catalysts, which were prepared via citrate decomposition, with differential reactor, XRD and derivative IR spectra. This paper suggests that the active site be the superficial Fe—O cluster, which has the structure resemble to spinel , with a certain amount of anion / cation vacancies . Thus the experimental results of this paper can be explained satisfactorily and the former opinions about active site can be unified by this suggestion.
