垂直型球帽状附着体在颌骨缺损修复的初步应用

【目的】探讨垂直型球帽状附着体固位式颌骨赝复体的修复效果。【方法】对 6例颌骨缺损患者进行垂直型球帽状附着体固位式赝复体修复 ,临床观察赝复体的固位稳定性 ,采用吸光度法测定患者戴赝复体 2周、2个月的咀嚼效能。【结果】垂直型球帽状附着体固位式颌骨赝复体固位稳定性好、咀嚼功能好、美观、舒适。患者戴赝复体 2周、2个月的咀嚼效能(吸光度值A)分别为 1 4 2、2 2 9,差异有统计学意义 (t =4 834,P <0 0 5 )。【结论】垂直型球帽状附着体为颌骨缺损修复及功能重建提供了一种有效的方法。
