摘要
本文介绍了高速纺丝纤维断面上的传热计算、温度分布、双折射Δn与分子变形α之间的Stein-Tobolosky关系式、纤维断面上的分子取向与应力分布的关系,提出了纤维断面上取向分布的生成原理之模型.以上研究的计算值与实验值取得了一致的结果.
The calculation of heat transmission and temperature distribution on the fibrecross-section,the relationship of birefringence △n with deformation ofmolecule(Stein-Tobolosky formula),the relationship of molecule orientation with stress onthe fiber cross-section are introduced.A model for fundamental of orientation distributionon the fiber cross-section is presented.The calculated data from the study agree well withthe experimental results.
