补肾健脾活血方药对老年骨质疏松大鼠血清IL-6的影响

EFFECT OF BUSHENJIANPIHUOXUE PRESCRIPTION ON SERUM IL-6 IN RAT WITH SENILE OSTEOPOROSIS

目的 :观察补肾健脾活血方药对老年骨质疏松大鼠血清IL - 6的影响 ,探讨其作用机理。方法 :用地塞米松肌注 15月龄雌雄性大鼠诱发骨质疏松。实验分正常对照组、模型组、补肾健脾活血组。用排开丙酮法测各组BMD ,用放免法测各组血清IL - 6。结果 :模型组BMD明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,模型组血清IL - 6水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;补肾健脾活血组BMD明显高于模型组 (P <0 0 1)。IL- 6水平明显低于模型组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :补肾健脾活血方药可减少IL - 6分泌 ,降低血清IL - 6水平 。

Objective:To observe the effect of bushenjianpihuxue recipe Chinese medicine on the serum IL-6 level in rats with senlie osteoporosis.Methods:The model of senile osteoporosis was established by injecting the male and female rats at age of 15 months with dexamethasone .30 rats were divided into 3 groups:normal control group,model group and Chinese medicine group.Bone mineral density(BMD) was measured by draining aceton method.Serum IL-6 was measured by radioimmunoassay.Results:The BMD in model group was lower than that of normal control group(P<0 01).The serum IL-6 in model group was higher than that of normal control group(P<0.01).The BMD in bushenjianpihuoxue group was higher than that of model group(P<0.01).The serum IL-6 in Chinese medicine group was lower than that of model group(P<0.01).Conclusion: bushenjiangpihuoxue could decrease the serum IL-6 level in rats with senile osteoporosis.The function that resists the bone loss may be associated with the reduction of serum IL-6 level
