肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的诊断和治疗

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF ANGIOMYOLIPOMA OF THE LIVER(18 CASES OF REPORT)

目的 研究肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的影像特征 ,诊断及鉴别诊断要点和治疗方式。方法 总结 1999～ 2 0 0 1收治手术经病理证实的肝血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的影像特点及诊治经验。结果 明确脂肪密度或信号的肿块 ,动脉期强化明显 ,门脉期仍中低度强化是肝血管平滑脂肪瘤的较典型表现。结论 肝血管平滑肌脂肪瘤易误诊 ,综合影像学表现有助于术前正确诊断 。

Objective To study the imaging features for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic angiomyolipoma.Methods Data from 18 patients with hepatic angiomyolupoma confirmed by operation and pathology from 1999-2001 were analysed for the study.Results The lesion with a very low density area on CT and a hyperintense area on T1WI or enhancement during hepatic arterial phase and moderate enhancement during portal phase presented the classic features of angimyolipoma.Conclusion Hepatic angiomyolipoma can easily be misdiagnostic.Comprehensive imaging features can revealed the characteristic components of angiomyolipoma of the disease.Operation is the best method for the treatment.
