摘要 目的 探讨胰腺癌组织中细胞凋亡与 bax基因表达的相互关系及其在肿瘤发生发展中作用。方法 采用原位末端标记法 (ISEL)和免疫组织化学技术检测 4 0例胰腺癌组织及 14例慢性胰腺炎组织的细胞凋亡 (AI) ,凋亡相关基因 bax蛋白的表达。结果 胰腺癌组织中的 AI均值明显高于慢性胰腺炎组织 (P<0 .0 1) ,随肿瘤进展 AI逐渐减少。在癌组织中 bax基因阳性表达率为 72 .5 0 % (2 9/ 4 0 ) ,且 bax基因高表达组的 AI均值明显高于低表达组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 细胞凋亡相对减少 ,在胰腺癌发生发展中起重要作用。 Objective To investgate the relationship between cellular apoptosis and the expression of genes bax in the tissue of pancreatic carcinoma and biological behavior of the tumor.Methods The apoptotic cells index(AI) were identified by in situ and labeling(ISEL) and immunohistologic staining to detect the expression of bax protein on 40 pancreatic carcinomas and 14 chronic pancreatitis.Results The mean AI in the pancreatic carcinoma were significantly higher than that in chronic pancreatitis(P<0.01) and there was a tendency to decrease in the mean AI in the progress of pancreatic cancinoma.The positive expression rate of bax gene was 72.50%(29/40).High expression of bax protein showed an average AI of 3.50,Low expression of bax protein had an average of AI of 1.76(P<0.01).Conclusion Apoptosis may play an important role in the pathogensis of pancreatic carcinoma,the bax protein is the major importance for the regulation of apoptosis in pancreatic carinoma.
