磁共振胆胰管成像诊断胆道梗阻性疾病的价值

THE VALUE OF DIAGNOSIS IN THE DSEASE OF BILE OBSTRUCTION WITH MAGNETIC RESONANCE CHOLANGIOPANCREATOPGRAPHY

目的 结合临床探讨磁共振胆胰管成像技术 (MRCP)在诊断胆道梗阻性疾病时的价值。方法 回顾性总结 74例胆道梗阻性疾病患者 MRCP检查结果 ,并结合临床进行对照分析。结果 MRCP对胆道梗阻性疾病的定位正确率 97% ;对良性胆道梗阻性疾病的定性诊断率 82 % ,恶性胆道梗阻性疾病的定性诊断率 85 %。结论 MRCP对胆道梗阻性疾病有较高的定位和定性正确率 ,并可部分替代

Objective To investigate the value of diagnosis in the disease of bile obstruction with MRCP.Methods 74 cases of disease of bile obstruction with MRCP are summarized retrospectively and analyzed.Results The rate of site-diagnosis for the disease of bile ostruction is 97% with MRCP.The rate of determining the nature for the benign disease of bile obstruction is 82%,for the malignant disease of bile obstruction is 85%.Conclusions The result indicates that MRCP is the accuracy high rate in site and nature-diagnosis for the disease of bile obstruction and substitute partly for ERCP.
