摘要 研究在PVA存在下的氯乙烯乳液聚合.测定了乳液的含固量、乳胶粒粒径、接枝率、聚合度及乳液的各种稳定性;研究了引发剂体系及其用量、反应温度、乳化剂种类及交联剂对乳液聚合反应和乳滚性质的影响.在此基础上,提出了合适的乳液聚合配方和乳液制备条件,制得了适合于共混纺丝用的PVC 乳液.此外,通过溶解分离法分离出PVA-PVC 接枝共聚物,并进行了氯元素分析和红外光谱分析,初步探讨了接枝物的结构. In this paper,the emulsion polymerization of VC in the presence of PVA is stu-died,the solid content of the emulsion,radius of the emulsion particles,graft percentage,degree of polymerization and various stability of the emulsion are determined.The effect ofinitiator system and its quantity used,reaction temperature,various emulsion agent as wellas the cross linking agent on the emulsion polymerization and the properties of the emul-sion are investigated.Based on these results,the optimal preparation conditions of the PVCemulsion which is suitable for spinning PVA/PVC blend fibre are obtained.Furthermore,the PVA/PVC graft copolymer is isolated by using dissolving method.By using elementanalysis and infrared absorption spectrum the structure of the graft copolymer is probed.
