摘要
本文在研究企业知识管理模式及其在国外实施的成功经验基础上 ,从企业组织结构重组、网络基础设施建设和社会经济文化环境建设等方面 ,分析了我国企业在实施知识管理中存在的主要问题 。
Based on the study of the model of enterprise knowledge management and the successful implementation of it in the foreign countries,the author analyses the main problems on the implementation of knowledge management in Chinese enterprise,focusing on the problems on the recombining of the structure of the Chinese enterprises,the setup of the basic network facilities and the social,economic and cultural environment Also,the author explores the main strategies to solve the above problems
