摘要
用直拉法生长出掺Cr_2O_3重量为0.005%,0.02%,0.05%光学质量的ZnWO_4:Cr^(3+)晶体,用YAG:Nd^(3+)倍频产生的532nm激光激发晶体,观察到荧光发射,在加谐振腔的务件下,观察到输出光波形的变化,估算出系统的阀值约为38mJ。
Optical crystals ZnWO4:Cr3+ with doping levels of 0.005,0.02,0.05 wt.percent Cr2O3 had been grown with Czochralski method.Emission of these crystals was observed when they were excited by a 532nm laser beam emitted by a frequency doubling YAG: Nd3+.Change of the wave shape has been observed by the using of a resonator.The laser threshold of the system is about 38 mJ.
