摘要
提出了用微型Al_2O_3柱在线预浓集流动注射原子吸收光谱法快速、灵敏测定Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的方法,从过柱的Cr(Ⅲ)和Q(Ⅵ)混合液中分离(Ⅵ)浓集(Ⅲ),在357.8nm波长处先后获得Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的漏过和洗脱响应,在0~1000μg/L浓度范围内得到Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的线性校正曲线,该法用于电镀厂,开关厂实际废水样品测定,获得满意结果,回收率分别为100%~105%(Cr(Ⅲ))和82%~113%(Cr(Ⅵ)),RSD分别为2.8%(Cr(Ⅲ))和1.8%(Cr(Ⅵ))。
A rapid and sensitive method for the sequential determination of Cr(Ⅲ)-Cr(Ⅵ) based on FIA-AAS has been develpoed.A micro-column of activated alumina was used in the FIA manifold to separate and pre-concentrate Cr(Ⅲ) from Cr (Ⅵ) in aqueous solution before detection at 357.8nm.Linear calibration for Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) was established over the concentration range 0-1000μg/L.The satisfactory results were obtained for the waste water determination of electrodepositon and switch plants.The relative standard deviations were 2.8% for Cr(Ⅲ) and 1.8% for Cr(Ⅵ) and the recoveries were 105% for Cr(Ⅲ) and 113% for Cr (Ⅵ) respectively.
