摘要
在实验室里考察了原油脱钙剂RPD-Ⅱ的最佳脱钙条件。研究结果表明,RPD-Ⅱ脱钙剂对不同含钙原油均有较好的脱钙效果。当剂钙质量比为3.0～4.5、混合时点击次数为8～30次,RPD-Ⅱ的脱钙效果较好。RPD-Ⅱ水溶液对碳钢材质有一定的腐蚀性,但对316 L、0Cr18Ni9Ti及1Cr18Ni9 3种不锈钢的腐蚀速率很小。RPD-Ⅱ脱钙效果与目前公认的高效脱钙剂EDTA相当,明显优于六偏磷酸钠。
The optimum decalcltlcation cond(?)crude oils was investigated in the laboratory. The result showed that the said agent had good decalcif-ying effect for crude oils with different calcium contents. The decalcification effect was promising at anagent/calcium weight ratio of 3.0—4.5 and 8 to 30 times of agitation. The aqueous solution of the saidagent was corrosive to carbon steel.material, however, the corrosive rates on 316L, 0Cr18Ni9Ti and1Crl8Ni9 stainless steels were quite low. The decalcification effect of RPD-Ⅱ was equal to the normallyused EDTA decalcifying agent and obviously better than that of sodium metaphosphate.
