摘要
介绍了新型蠕化剂的研制过程,研究得出用Re-Cu-Zn-Mg-Si-Fe合金(w_(Rc)=18%~22%,w_(Cu)=15%~20%,w_(Zn)=2%~5%,w_(Mg)=1%~4%,w_(Si)=30%~35%,Fe余量)作蠕化剂,其蠕化剂的适宜加入量范围宽,便于蠕墨铸铁生产的稳定。
The research process of the vermicularizing alloys has been introdoced in this paper.Vermicularizing alloys (Re-Cu-Zn-Mg-Si-Fe) has been developed,which can steadily obtain compacted/vermicular graphite cast iorn with in a wide suitable addition.
