介绍了新型蠕化剂的研制过程,研究得出用Re-Cu-Zn-Mg-Si-Fe合金(w_(Rc)=18％～22％,w_(Cu)=15％～20％,w_(Zn)=2％～5％,w_(Mg)=1％～4％,w_(Si)=30％～35％,Fe余量)作蠕化剂,其蠕化剂的适宜加入量范围宽,便于蠕墨铸铁生产的稳定。

The research process of the vermicularizing alloys has been introdoced in this paper.Vermicularizing alloys (Re-Cu-Zn-Mg-Si-Fe) has been developed,which can steadily obtain compacted/vermicular graphite cast iorn with in a wide suitable addition.
