碳/碳复合材料表面MoSi_2-SiC复相陶瓷涂层及其抗氧化机制 被引量:53

EFFECT OF MICROSTRUCTURE AND COMPONENT OF MoSi 2-SiC MULTILAYER CERAMIC COATING ON OXIDATION RESISTANCE

摘要 对MoSi2-SiC复相陶瓷涂层的显微形貌、相组成及成分进行了观察与分析,考察并研究了有涂层的碳/碳复合材料在1650℃以下温度的等温氧化性能,以及涂层的结构与组成对抗氧化性能的影响,阐明了涂层的抗氧化过程及机理,并进一步提出了合理的涂层结构.结果表明。 The microstructure and phase component of oxidation resistant MoSi 2-SiC multilayer ceramic coating were observed and analyzed by XRD, Raman, EPMA and SEM. The oxidation behaviour of the coated_carbon/carbon composites was studied at various temperatures below 1 650 ℃, and the activation energy of oxidation in different temperature intervals was determined simultaneously. The relationship between oxidation behaviour, microstructure and component, also, the mechanism of oxidation and the concept of the integrity of coating layer are explained, based on the theory of mass transportation in the paper. This analytical procedure offers a reasonable microstructure and component of the coating. The above results show that the MoSi 2-SiC ceramic coating for carbon/carbon composites has high oxidation resistance at temperature up to 1 650 ℃.
