摘要
研究了以不同化学组成的高岭土为主要原料并采用碳热还原-氮化法合成的sialon粉末的相组成.结果表明:合成粉末的物相组成及β′-sialon的Z值与高岭土的m(SiO2)/m(Al2O3)比值密切相关.
β ′-sialon powder was synthesized with different kaolins through carbothermal reduction-nitridation reaction. The products were analysed using X _ray diffraction. It shows that the phase composition and the Z _value of β ′-sialon are affected significantly by the ratio of m (SiO 2)/ m (Al 2O 3) of kaolin.
