摘要
用固体酸SO4 2 -/ZrO2 作催化剂 ,环己烷作带水剂 ,使丙烯酸与异辛醇反应 ,合成丙烯酸 - 2 -乙基己酯。研究了催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量、原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对酯化反应的影响 ,并得到了最佳工艺条件 ,即催化剂用量为丙烯酸质量的 5 % ,阻聚剂用量为丙烯酸质量的 0 .0 5 % ,原料配比n(异辛醇 )∶n(丙烯酸 ) =1.2∶1,反应温度 12 0℃ ,反应时间 3h。试验结果表明 ,固体酸SO4 2 -/ZrO2 对该酯化反应具有良好的催化活性 ,产率高达 88.5 %。实验测定了反应动力学数据 ,采用线形回归求得了反应动力学方程 ,表观活化能为 113.93kJ·mol-1。
The synthesis of isooctanol acrylate with SO 4 2-/ZrO 2 as catalyst and cyclohexane as water-carrying agent was studied, and the influences of the amount of catalyst and ploymerization inhibitor, the raw material ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time on the yield were investigated. The optimized reaction conditions were obtained as the follows: the amount of catalyst and ploymerization inhibitor are 5% and 0.05% of acrylic acid respectively; the mole ratio of isooctanol to acrylic acid is 1.2∶1, reaction temperature is 120 ℃, reaction time is 3 h. The experimental results show that the solid acid SO 4 2-/ZrO 2 catalyst has good activity. The yield is 88.5%. Based on the experimental date, the kinetic equation was derived by linear regression. The activation energy is 113.93 kJ·mol -1.
