摘要
沙中AH - 70沥青具有芳香分含量高等特点 ,根据苯乙烯 -丁二烯 -苯乙烯嵌段共聚物 (SBS)与沥青中的芳香烃组分相容性最好的特性 ,通过高速剪切机将SBS聚合物溶于沙中AH - 70沥青中 ,经过高速搅拌得到SBS和基质沥青均匀的混合物。再将单质硫、ZnO和 2 -巯基苯并噻唑作为稳定剂与通过液 -固吸附色谱柱分离技术从安庆循环催化裂化废油中分离出富芳香分油混合 ,制成稳定剂母液 ,在一定条件下 ,加入到SBS和基质沥青的混合物中 ,研制出了符合交通部JTJ0 36 - 98系列中的I -D类技术要求的SBS改性道路沥青产品。离析实验结果表明热储存稳定性达到技术标准要求 ,而且具有良好的感温性能、高温稳定性能。
The aromatics content is rich in Saudi Arabian AH-70 asphalt, and the compatibility between styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) and aromatics is better than that of SBS or any other components in asphalt. The polymer SBS was added to the Saudi Arabian AH-70 asphalt by high-speed shear mixer, until SBS was dispersed uniformly in the asphalt the SBS/asphalt mixture was obtained. Anqing catalytic cracking waste oil was purified into aromatics-rich oil, as an dispersion, by liquid-solid chromatographic column separation technology. Afte sulfur, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and ZnO,as the stabilizer, were mixed with the oil, the mother solution was gotten. To add stabilizer mother solution to the SBS/asphalt mixture the modified paving asphalt meeting JTJ036-98 specification was developed. The laboratory results show that this modified asphalt has good hot-storage stability and low-temperature performance and antiaging feature.
