摘要
文 92 -平 1井是中原油田第 1口超薄油藏深层水平井 ,地层硬、井深、压力系数高、二开裸眼段长、油层薄、地层不确定程度高等因素 ,使该井的难度在中原油田历年来的水平井中处于首位。同时 ,施工过程中多次修改地质设计 ,不断调整垂深追踪油层 ,给井眼轨迹控制增加了极大困难。通过导向钻具组合及MWD监测的应用 ,保证了井身质量 ;通过采用聚合醇正电胶钻井液体系 ,保证了井下的措施安全 ,选用高效PDC定向钻头 ,精心设计钻具结构和钻井参数 ,使该井全井安全无事故。该井初期投产只射开 1/ 2的水平段 ,日产油 4 1.1t,产量是邻井的 8倍 ,经济效益显著。
As the first horizontal well drilled in the deep ultra-thin reservoir in Zhongyuan Oilfield,well Wen92-p1 is the most difficult well drilled in recent years, due to the hard formation, deep depth, high pressure coefficient, long open hole section, thin reservoir and highly uncertainty of formation condition, etc. Multiple modifications were carried out on geology design during drilling, and the vertical depth was continuously adjusted to trace the reservoir, causing great difficulties on hole trajectory controlling. Regular borehole was achieved by applying the steerable BHA and MWD, and the use of polyol-positive colloid drilling fluid system ensured the downhole safety; high-efficient PDC bit was selected, and proper BHA and drilling parameters were optimized. The production rate was 41.1t/d, which is 8 times of the offset well, with remarkable economic benefits achieved.
