摘要
介绍新型耐硫变换催化剂 QCS-1 0在山东兖矿鲁南化肥厂的首次工业应用情况。结果表明 ,该催化剂具有强度及强度稳定性高、低温活性和活性稳定性好、碱金属流失率低等特点 ,可以满足甲醇装置对催化剂性能的要求。
Initial application of a new type of sulfur resistant shift catalyst model QCS 10 in Shandong Yankuang Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Plant is introduced. The application shows that it has features as high strength with stability;good L T activity with stability;low rate of alkali metal run off,etc It can fulfil the requirement for catalyst performance in methanol plant
