气相色谱法测定NHD溶液

Determination of NHD solution with gas chromatography

采用大口径毛细管气相色谱法测定 NHD溶液中的有效组分及其杂质含量 ,用 SGE3 0 QC5 /AC1 0 1 .0 (3 0 m× 0 .5 3 mm )大口径毛细管柱一阶程序升温分离 ,GC-FID进行检测。结果表明 ,该方法分离 NHD溶液中各组分效果好 ,速度快 ,分析重现性好。

Determination of effective composition and impurity content of NHD solution was done by heavy calibre capillary gas chromatograph.Using SGE 30QC5/AC10 1 0(30 m×0 53 mm)heavy calibre capillary column,the first stage program temperature rise and seperation was carried out and the determination was done with QC FID.The experiment shows that,with this method,the seperation of the composition of NHD solution can be achieved at fast speed,with good results and reproducibility of test.
