摘要
人直接食用海带摄取的营养物质和海带多糖的量极少。应用酶解技术将纤维质和果胶质水解,提取出细胞质和细胞间液,再经分离纯化可提取海带多糖。山东大学和荣成市水产研究所承担“应用生物技术对海带及海带多糖综合开发研究”的国家“九五”重点攻关专题,开发了酶法生产海带多糖技术,可以生产不同规格的多种海带多糖,所得产品能提高正常小鼠和荷瘤小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、激活脾淋巴细胞活性、拮抗CY引起小鼠白细胞减少、抑制肿瘤、调节血糖和血脂。
The absorbing amount of nutriment and laminarin from kelp by eating directly by humankind is very little. The cytoplasm and intercellular fluid can be extracted from enzyme hydrolyzed cellulosic material and pectin, then the laminarin can be obtained via separation and purification. Shandong University and Rongcheng Aquatic Research Institute undertaken the state key subject 'Comprehensive R&D of kelp and laminarin by biotechnology' during 'Ninth Five Plan' period, developed an enzymatic technique for producing laminarin. It can produce various standard objective laminarin compounds. The gained products can enhance phagolysis of macrophage of small normal mice or those with neoplasm, activate spleen lymphocyte activity, antagonize CY caused leucocyte decrease of mice, inhibit tumour, and regulate blood sugar and blood lipoid
