反相-高效液相色谱法测定天然水及标准参考物质中的铜、钻、镍 被引量:9

摘要 本文用高效液相色谱法采用国产填料YWG-C18柱对铜、钴、镍、硒和汞等金属的二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸(?)合物的色谱行为进行了研究。讨论了影响分离效率的条件,确定了甲醇-水-乙醇(88:12:0.2)体系为最合适的流动相。建立了同时测定铜、钴、镍的快速、灵敏方法,可用于天然水及标准参考物质中ppb级铜、钴、镍的测定。铜、钴、镍的最低检出限分别为0.4,0.1及0.8ng。 The chromatographic conditions of Cu,Co,Ni, Se and Hg of diethyldithio-carbamate have been studied using a 25cm × 4.6m YWG-C18 reversedphase-column. The effects of composition of the mobile phase on the retention of chelates were examined. The ternary system of methanol-H2O-ethanol >(88: 12:0.2) was found to be a suitable mobile phase investigated. The method of simultaneous determination of Cu, Co and Ni has been developed, which can be applied to the analysis of Cu,Co,Ni in natural waters and standard reference materials at ppb level. The limits of detection of Cu,Co and Ni are 0.4, 0.1 and 0.8 ng, respectively.
