摘要
提出了一种设计机械构件线膨胀系数的方法 ,利用 2种热膨胀率不同的材料构成特殊的热伸缩可控单元 ,使其特定方向的线膨胀系数可根据需要在从负值到正值的较宽范围内设计。利用一个简化模型讨论了热伸缩可控单元的设计原理 ,给出了几种参数配置下的设计实例。初步实验证实了理论分析的结果。包含热伸缩可控单元的构件可望应用于机械、航天、建筑等领域。
A method for designing linear thermal expansion coefficient of components is presented. Two kinds of material with different thermal expansion coefficient are used to constitute a special cell, whose LTEM in certain direction can be designed according to the demands in a wide range from a negative to a positive value. In this paper, the principle of the thermal-expansion-controllable (TEC) cell was described based on an analytical model. A group of practical design samples with different configurations were presented as well. A primary experimental result was given to verify the theoretical analysis. The results indicated that TEC cells might be widely used in such fields as machinery,aeronatical and architectural industries.
