摘要
运用散体力学理论对以高层散体物料为工作对象的板式输送机进行了机理分析。指出设备的输送能力除驱动功率因素外 ,还受正常输送条件 (包括物料极限高度、物料属性 ,以及与物料输送机底板材料间的摩擦力等 )的制约 ;揭示了有关规律 ,并结合实例对板式输送机进行了优化设计。结果表明 ,在相同输送条件下 ,功耗降低 1 /4 ,运速降低 ,使设计方案更趋科学、合理。
According to the theory of granular material mechanics, this paper presents the mechanism of a slat conveyor which takes the high floor granular material as working object. It points out the transport capability of the equipment is restricted not only by the factor of drive power, but also by routine transportation conditions(including the ultimate height of the material transported, the material attribute and the frictions between the material transported and the conveyor and so on ). This paper exposes related law and optimizes the design of the slat conveyor based on instances. The results indicate that under the same conditions the transport speed is reduced, the power is decreased twenty five percent and the design scheme is more scientific and more reasonable.
