摘要
在拉刀齿形自动测量的基础上 ,研究了圆拉刀和平拉刀前刀面的数控修磨原理 ,给出了圆拉刀轨迹修磨的数控编程方法和平拉刀成形修磨的数控加工方法。分析了工艺参数、对刀数据对修磨的影响 ,进而提出了改进方法。在华中 型数控平台上二次开发 MK6 1 1 0拉刀数控磨床系统。
The research of NC sharpening principle of a round broach and a flat broach is based on automatic measurement of the tooth profile.In this paper,a method of NC programming on the track method of the round broach and a shaped method of the flat broach are sutdied. The influence of the technical parameters and the adjusting data on sharpening of the track method are analyzed, and several improving measures are gvien.Finally,the authors developed an application example-MK6110 NC broach sharpening machine based on the Huazhong Ⅰ type NC system.
