基于虚拟产业群的虚拟企业与企业虚拟化研究

Research on Virtual Enterprises Derived from Virtual Industry Cluster and Implementation of Enterprise Virtualization

虚拟企业被认为是 2 1世纪最有前途的动态集成组织。企业虚拟化是企业迎接挑战的战略方法 ,是企业制造战略的驱动器。提出虚拟企业快速形成的一种形式——基于虚拟产业群的虚拟企业 ,分析了其形成过程 ,提出了一种概念模型。进而提出了企业实施虚拟化的原则及框架 ,指出企业虚拟化战略的实施过程即是业务工程的实施过程 ,并对我国企业实施虚拟化战略提出了建议。

Virtual enterprise is viewed as a promising dynamic integrated organization in the 21st century. In this paper, We elaborate virtual enterprise derived from virtual industry cluster consisting of many regional industry clusters over the Internet. We discuss the process of the formation of virtual enterprise from virtual industry cluster, and propose its conceptual model. We further discuss the implementation of enterprise strategy of virtualization, and propose the framework and principles of implementation. It is showed that business engineering must be carried out during the implementation process of enterprise strategy of virtualization through some case studies. And some suggestions are given to the enterprises in China.
