摘要
用伯胺N192 3、L113B、磺化煤油和NaOH溶液等液膜体系 ,研究Mo(Ⅵ )的迁移富集行为。实验结果表明 ,在适宜条件下 ,Mo(Ⅵ )的迁移富集率在 99 4 %以上。在此条件下 ,许多共存离子如Fe3 + 、Al3 + 、Cu2 + 、Pb2 + 、Zn2 + 、Co2 + 、Cd+ 2 + 、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 、V5+ 等 ,还有SiO2 -3 、SO2 -4、PO2 -4、Cl-、NO-3 、ClO-4等都不渗透进入此液膜。只有Mo(Ⅵ )被迁移富集在内相中 ,能从这些离子中得到满意的分离。此法用于富集铅锌矿、铜精矿中的Mo(Ⅵ ) 。
The transport enrichment behaviour of Mo(Ⅵ) through the emulsion liquid membrane system of primary amine N1923,L113B,Sulphonated kerosene and NaOH water solution emulsion liquid membrane was studied.Experimental results show that the transport rate of molybdenum in 10 min is above 99.4%.In this case many co-ions,such as Fe 3+ ,Al 3+ ,Cu 2+ ,Pb 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Co 2+ ,Cd 2+ ,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ,V 5+ etc.SiO 2- 3,SO 2- 4,PO 2- 3,Cl -,NO - 3,ClO - 4 etc.can not transport through this liquid membrane.So Mo(Ⅵ) can be separated from these ions with satisfactory.The method can be applied to separation enrichment of Pb-Zn ores.Copper concentrate results are satisfactory.
