摘要
用系统观点论述了对正在实施的研究与开发 (R&D)项目中止决策的重要意义及其研究内容 ,提出了确定企业R&D项目最佳比例的三阶段模型 ,进而将该模型与模糊综合评价法相结合来确定被中止的项目 ,并应用于实际 。
The considerable importance to terminate an ongoing R&D project and explore its main contents were discussed.A mathematical model of three stages was proposed which could consist R&D project manager to realize R&D project portfolio optimization and decide how many projects should be terminated before entering next stage. Finally ,the validity of the proposed method was verified by an example.
