To know the impact of foreign investment upon our national economy correctly is very helpful to establish our open policy. First, the effect of foreign investment on our economy with production function is analyzed with the method of Grey forecast. Then the growth trend and the impact of foreign investment are forecast. The result shows that foreign investment has become an important power in economic growth since our reform and opening to the outside world. As the reform and open policy deepens, the impact will be greater.
