防止船板(铝镇静)钢水口结瘤的生产实践

Production Practice on Prevention Against Nozzle Clogging of Ship-Building (Al killed) Steel Plate

分析了船板 (铝镇静 )钢浇注时水口堵塞的成因 ,借鉴国内外研究成果和冶炼实践 ,结合酒钢船板钢生产实际 ,提出了防止水口结瘤堵塞的措施 ,解决了铝镇静钢浇注时水口结瘤堵塞问题。

Causes to the nozzle clogging during teeming the ship-building (Al killed) steel are analyzed and measures to prevent against the trouble are proposed after reviewing and utilizing the research achievements at home and abroad in combination of the actual conditions of the ship-building steel plate production in Jiuquan Steel Corp. As the results the nozzle-clogging problem is successfully solved.
