测定四元合金及锌液中稀土总量的偶氮氯膦Ⅲ分光光度法

MEASUREMENT OF FOUR-ELEMENT ALLOY AND TOTAL CONTENT OF RARE EARTHS IN ZINC SOLUTION WITH AZO CL-P Ⅲ SPECTRO PHOTOMETRY

在热镀锌行业中，应用偶氮氯膦Ⅲ分光光度法，在７２１型分光光度计上、６７５μｍ波长处测定Ｚｎ－Ａｌ－Ｍｇ－Ｒｅ四元合金及锌液中稀土总量。该方法简单，准确，适用于工业快速分析。

In the hot-dip galvanization sector,the four-element alloy,i.e,Zn-Al-Mg-Re and total amount of rare earths in zinc solution can be measured at 675μm wave length with Type 721 Spectrophotometer by employing azo Cl-P Ⅲ spectrophotometry.This method is simple,accurate and applicable for quick analysis in commercial production.
