This article discusses Deng Xiaoping's creative expansion on Mao Zedong's education ideas from three aspects: education and politics, education and economy, and education object. It proposes the basic content: understanding Deng Xiaoping's education ideas profoundly,sticking to the strategy of thriving the country through science and education and,deepening the systematic reform of higher institute's education under the new circumstance of market system economy.
