High-speed Machining of Hardened Steel

淬硬钢以其优良的使用性能在模具行业中占着非常重要的地位。随着高速加工中心在我国的应用的增加,高速加工已成为淬硬钢等高硬度材料切削加工的主要手段。本文首先介绍了淬硬钢高速加工的概况,针对使用涂层刀具加工淬硬钢时出现的具体问题,结合实验研究分析了切削刀具、加工工艺参数和走刀方式等对加工过程的影响,并提出一些实际加工中应注意的问题、改善加工条件和提高加工质量的方法。

High-speed machining has become an important cuttingmeasure. There are still many problems in its applications, especial-ly in the high-speed machining of some difficult to cut materials,such as hardened steel, which have taken a very vital role in vari-ous industries because of its excellent performance. In this paper,the general of hardened steel high-speed machining is introduced.Several important factors affecting the cutting process such as cut-ting tools, process parameters, tool path are analyzed.
