摘要
本文提出了向小型化 ,高效化改造热风炉的方案。通过变换气流进入蓄热室的偏转角进行冷、热态实验 ,用测得的实验数据验证了这种新型旋流热风炉的可行性。并对气体流经填充球床时 ,影响阻力损失的因素进行分析研究 ,用Ergun方程形式整理实验数据 ,获得回归方程 ,提出适合新型旋流热风炉阻力损失的修正系数。
In this paper,a renovation project of miniaturization and high efficiency is provided for the hot blast stove.The experimental dates derived from the normal and hot state experiments on deflection angles of varying airflow prove the feasibility of the new type swirl flow hot blast stove.Through analysis on resistance losses when gas flows over the ball packed bed and arrangement in the form of the ergun equation,the regression equation is obtained and two modified coefficients fitted to resistance loss calculation of the new type swirl flow blast stove are presented.
