摘要
用TG-DTA热分析技术,研究了F-T合成用Fe/Cu/K催化剂的还原性能,发现在H_2气氛下还原时,催化剂的物相变化为: α-Fe_2O_3→FeO_4→α-FeK助剂对还原起抑制作用,Cu助剂可使还原温度下降,起了促进还原的作用,助剂的加入及配比变化对第一步还原的影响尤为显著。TPR曲线的定量解析,得到了还原动力学参数v,E和n,并发现E是还原度α的线性函数,证明催化剂表面为非均匀表面,还从助剂Cu/K含量比发现了助剂对还原性能的影响规律。
The reduction performance of Fe / Cu / K catalyst for F-T synthesis are stu-died by thermal analysis of TG-DTA. It is found that the phase change of the catalyst,when reduced in the atmosphere of H_2, is α-Fe_2O_3-Fe_3O_4-α-Fe.Whereas Cu promotesthe reduction with lowering the reduction temperature, and K inhibits the reduction. Theweight ratio of Cu to K affects reduction as well, especially for the first step. In the quan-titative analysis of TPR spectra, the kinetic parameters of reduction v, E and n are ob-tained. It is shown that E is a linear function of the reduction degree. which indicates thecatalyst under study has a non-uniform surface, and that the ratio of Cu to K has the ef-fect on the reduction performance.
