降低山西铝厂蒸发汽耗的途径探讨

摘要 受铝矿石资源特性的制约,决定了山西铝厂采用铝土矿生产氧化铝的能耗偏高。在能耗分布中,蒸汽消耗占总能耗的48%,汽耗费用在生产成本中又占10%。本文分析了山西铝厂蒸发汽耗高的现状及存在的问题,提出了进一步降低蒸发汽耗的途径,降低蒸发汽耗的途径有两方面:降低蒸发每吨水的汽耗;减少每吨氧化铝的蒸发用水。 The relatively high energy consumption in alumina production is all according the characteristics of bauxite resources.As the steam consumption accounted for about 48%of the total energy consumed and about 10%of the production cost,the status quo and existing problems of relatively high steam consumption are analyzed,and it followed that two approach-es to reduction of steam consumption in Alumina Division of Shanxi Aluminum Smelter are presented.One approach is to reduce steam consumption for evaporation of1t of water,and the other one is to reduce water quantity used per tonnage of alumina.
