碳糊电极溶出伏安法测定微量对苯二酚 被引量:1

摘要 本文报导了制做碳糊电极的方法及对苯二酚测定中當集时间、分析物浓度、底液pH等因素的影响。在碳糊电极上有机化合物的富集作用能够增进溶出伏安法的灵敏度和选择性。对苯二酚在碳糊电极上富集机理是萃取作用为主要因素。如果将吸附层除去,富集过程可用溶剂萃取理论来处理.电极内部的萃取物浓度和被测溶液浓度或正比. A method of making the carbon paste electrode,and the effect of variation of pH, preconcentration period,bulk concentration, and other factors upon the characteristics of the stripping currents in the determination of hydroquinone are reported.It was found that preconcentration of organic compounds at the carbon paste electrode can improve the sensitivity and selectivity of the subsequent voltammetric determination.The experimental conditions and mechanism for the aceion of the carbon paste electrode are discussed.The accumulation of hydroquinone at the carbon paste electrode is due to adsorption and extraction the latter is predominant. If adsorbed layer is removed,the accumulation process may be treated on the basis of solvent extraction principle.
