摘要
采用四种方法合成新型固化剂砜醚二胺(SED),用酸碱中和的方法进行产物的纯化,用DSC,元素分析,IR,′H-NMR对产物进行结构表征,并选择出一种最佳的合成路线,同时,用热熔法制备Ag—80(四官能环氧树脂)/SED浇铸体,测定其力学性能、热性能和耐湿性,结果表明,Ag-80/SED体系的韧性和耐湿性较Ag-80/二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)体系有了较大的提高,该体系可以更好地用作航天航空技术中碳纤维增强复合材料的树脂基体。
A novel aromatic diamines curing agent, 4,4'-bis (4-amino-phenoxyl phenyl)sulfone(SED), was prepared with four different methods. Its melting point, purity, com-position and structure were measured with DSC, element analysis, IR and NMR. Theoptimum path has been ascertained. The casting of Ag-80 (tetraglycidyl epoxyresin) / SED was prepared by the hot melt method, its mechanical properties, T_g and mois-ture resistance were determined. The results showed that fracture toughness and moistureresistance of Ag-80 / SED increased greatlg when compared with Ag-80/ DDS, so thenovel curing system can be better used as matrix resin for carbon fibre-reinforced compo-sites in areospace.
