摘要
从共混体系分散相大小粒子的相互作用出发,用群子模型理论方法建立了具有普遍意义的共混体系分散相粒径分布函数,得到4个具有物理意义的群子参数K_1,r_1,r_2,r_1·r_2·群子参数反映分散相粒径及分布,而分散相形态变化决定群子参数的变化。分散相形态对体系流变性能的影响,可以从平均粒径(对应于K值)和粒径分布宽窄(对应于r_1·r_2值)两方面加以探讨。此外,还讨论了群子参数与剪切水平及流变性能关系。
On the basis or the interction of the particles with vague sub-cluster theory. thesize distribution function of the dispered particles in the PVC/ PP blend system is proposed. The four sub-cluster parameters (K, r_1, r_2, r_1·r_2) are obtained. Theparameters, with physical meaning, reflect the dimension and size distribution of thediscrete-phase, and the morphology or the discrete-phase determines the values or theparameters. The blend's rheological property is correlated with the parameters K, andr_1·r_2, representing the mean diameter and the width of size distribution of the particlesrespectively. The relationship of the sub-cluster parameter, shear rate and rheologicalproperty is also discussed in this paper.
