摘要 将双层法用于多组分精馏过程模拟计算,利用Clapeyron方程构造简化平衡常数表达式并逐步逼近严格平衡常数,可将调用严格汽液平衡模型和焓模型的次数降至最低限度,从而显著提高计算速度并且极易选取初始值、适用范围广、程序设计容易、占用内存量较小。文中还提出用于改善收敛性的新方法—标准生成焓调整法以及对DEM加速法提出一种改进。 The two tiered approach is used here to facilitate the process simulation formulticomponent distillation. Using the Clapeyron equation to establish the approximatemodel for equilibrium coefficient K. The computation starts and then approaches the actualK. The number of times or calling the rigorous K model and enthalpy model is much lessthan the other methods. As the computation speed increased significatly, the selection of in-itial value becomes easy, the memory needed is less. Thus the applicability is expanded andthe programming is easy. A new method to improve convergence (adjusting the stantardheat of formation) and an improvement on DEM acceleration are presented.
