摘要
从晶态-非晶态共混体系的晶相、非晶相相互作用出发,首次分析归纳山晶态-非晶态共混体系的8种相态结构模型。研究表明:PVC/PP共混物随着PP浓度的增加,PP的结晶度逐渐增大,结晶度随组成单调变化,而PVC/PP/CPE共混物的PP结晶度随组成变化曲线在PVC/PP/CPE=60/40/3处出现极大值,超过纯PP的结晶度,这与CPE诱导PP结晶有关。成核剂苯甲酸使共混物PP结晶度提高,晶区尺寸变小。
With the increment of PP's concentration in PVC / PP blends, the crystallinityof PP increases gradually, and varies with its concentration monotically. The crystallinity ofPP reaches a maximum, exceeding that or pure PP at PVC / PP / CPE= 60 / 40 / 3 (byweight).This phenomenon is bound up with CPE inducing PP's crystallization. The nucleat-ing agent phenylformic acid improves PP's crystallinity, and reduces the crystal dimension.Based on the interaction of crystal phase and noncrystal phase, the eight morphologicalstructure modes of the crystal-noncrystal blend systems are proposed.
