摘要
对建立的离子渗金属扩散方程用计算机求其差分解,结果显示,离子渗金属扩散方程解近似为高斯分布.这提示高温渗金属扩散过程不会产生基体中的合金贫化.实验也实表层贫化发生在冷却过程中.渗金属之后冷却时,表层较多的金属间化合物从基作中析出是造成表层贫化的主要原因.
The solution of difference of diffusion equatibn for plasma surface alloying hasbeen obtained by computer and results show the solution of equation is similar to Gauss distribution and alloy poorness in matrix did not form in matrix does not form in the diffusion process at high temperature but in cooling process, and in the cooling process after plasma surface alloying precipiation of μ-phase from matrix in surface layer is the main cause of poorness formation.
