摘要
在探讨质量经营、创新与企业竞争力关系的基础上,以反映企业质量经营和创新为出发点,建立了表达影响企业竞争力诸因素的数学模型和指标体系。选择具有相同质量体系模式、相近产品研发能力的某行业的5个企业,采集表征企业质量经营和创新的统计指标,编制引导程序,应用数学工具软件进行数据处理,量化对比了企业竞争力,为企业建立有效的质量体系、提高竞争力提供了良好的分析基础。
On the studies of the relationship of quality management,innovation and competitive power of an enterprise,the article establ ishes a general mathematical model a nd index system to demonstrate the factors and the characteristics inf luencing the competitive power of an enterprise.By selecting five en-terprises with similar model of quality system,similar capability of pr oduction development,collecting scientific statistic index -parame ter representing the key competitiv e power of an enterprise,composing boot program,introducing mathematics software to deal with the data of d ifferent dimension index,and making a quantized comparison of ent erprises' competitive power,the authors lay a good foundation for an enterprise for further establishme nt of quality system and the improvem ent of competitive power.
