摘要
对全面质量管理(TQM)和顾客完全满意(TCS)及其局限性进行了论述,提出了两者互补融合的思想及方法,为现代企业加强和改善经营管理提供了新思路。
The paper discusses the limitations of the theory of Total Quality Management and Total Cus-tomer Satisfaction,puts forward th e new idea and method of its mutual com pensation and compatibility in order to give modern enterprises new hints to continuously strengthen and enhance its operation and management.
