提速运行图给运输组织带来的变化及效益

摘要 自1997年起,铁道部为了适应市场经济发展的需要,进行了4次大范围的列车提速,取得了良好效益。但由此引起列车到发不均衡、能力阶段性紧张、货车和货运机车运输指标下降和维修天窗安排困难等问题。建议减少客、货列车速度差,优化编图方案和机车使用,根据实际需要铺画好维修天窗,以适应提速和市场经济发展的需要。 Since 1997, to adapt to the needs of market economydevelopment, MOR has launched four times large scale speed-increaseand has gained a good benefit. However this also caused some prob-lems such as the imbalanced departure/arrival of trains, periodicallytight in capacity, decrease of transport index for wagon and freightlocomotive, difficulty in setting maintenance gap, etc. The paper sug-gests to narrow the speed difference between passenger train andfreight train, to optimize the plan-making of train graph and the utiliza-tion of locomotives, to arrange maintenance gap according to actualneeds, so as to adapt to the needs of speed-increase and marketeconomy development.
