摘要
利用30mW氦-氖激光器,用苯萃取汞-孔雀石绿溶液于二氯甲烷中,在2cm液槽中对汞作了测定,最低检测浓度0.05ppb,并初步用于尿中汞的测定.
The mercury-malachite green complex can be extracted by benzene from water solution and is applied to the measurement of its laser thermal lens effect for determining trace level Hg(Ⅱ). Using 30 mW He:Ne laser (wavelength 632.8nm), 2cm sample cell and CH2Cl2 solvent, a minimum detectable concentration and linear range of mercury(Ⅱ) are 0.05 ppb and 0.05-8.0 ppb, respectively.
