Chinese farmers' low qualities in science and technology are the main factor witch restrains the sustainable development of agriculture. This paper contrasts the farmer's qualities through the developed countries and China. At last this paper summarizes the behaviors of the farmer's qualities in our country and puts some resolving measures.
